Tropic Level

The tropic level is an area of a location that depends on height and depending on the hight, different species live there even though they can be from the same family. In the picture, the insect lives near the bottom of the tropic level which is where most of the food is for the insect. The purpose of tropic levels is to provide the ecosystem with gene diversity.
